Can I switch plans anytime? +
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference.
What is the free forever plan? +
The free forever plan gives you a fully functional booking page for one staff member with up to 3 services — no time limit, no credit card required. Email notifications included, SMS not included.
How does the 7-day trial work? +
When you choose a paid plan, you get 7 days completely free. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, simply add your payment info to continue — or stay on the free plan.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits? +
You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding more staff or services. Your existing bookings and data are never affected.
Do you take a cut of my bookings? +
No. BookingPam charges a flat monthly fee only. We never take a percentage of your revenue.
How does the referral program work? +
Share your unique referral link from your dashboard. When a new business signs up and subscribes using your link, you earn $5 credit applied to your next invoice automatically.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
