1. Program Overview
The BookingPam Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and businesses ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new Vendors to the BookingPam platform. When someone you refer signs up for a paid BookingPam subscription using your unique referral link or coupon code, you earn a commission as agreed upon at the time of your approval.
This program is managed through our affiliate portal at affiliates.bookingpam.com.
2. Eligibility & Application
To participate in the BookingPam Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid email address and payment method for receiving commissions.
- Have a legitimate platform, audience, or network through which you will promote BookingPam (website, blog, social media, email list, etc.).
- Agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and our general Terms of Service.
- Not be a current BookingPam employee or contractor.
BookingPam reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed. We may request additional information about your promotional methods before approving your application.
3. Affiliate Account
Upon approval, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard at affiliates.bookingpam.com where you can:
- Access your unique referral link and coupon code.
- Track clicks, signups, and conversions in real time.
- View your commission balance and payout history.
- Update your payment details and profile information.
- Download promotional materials and assets.
You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Referral Tracking & Attribution
4.1 How Tracking Works
When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is stored on their device for 30 days. If that person signs up for a paid BookingPam subscription within 30 days of clicking your link, the conversion is attributed to you.
Referrals can also be tracked via your unique coupon code. If a new Vendor enters your coupon code during signup, the conversion is attributed to you regardless of cookie status.
4.2 Cookie Requirements
Affiliate tracking requires that the referred user accepts Marketing & Affiliate cookies on BookingPam. If a user declines marketing cookies, referral tracking will not function and no commission will be attributed for that referral. This is required for compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
4.3 Last-Click Attribution
BookingPam uses last-click attribution. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links before signing up, the commission goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently (within the 30-day window).
4.4 Self-Referrals Prohibited
You may not use your own referral link or coupon code to sign up for BookingPam or to receive discounts on your own subscription. Self-referrals will be voided and may result in account termination.
5. Commissions
5.1 Commission Structure
Commission rates are set individually for each affiliate upon approval and communicated via your affiliate dashboard. Rates may vary based on your audience size, promotional methods, and performance history. BookingPam reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice.
5.2 Commission Eligibility
A commission is earned when:
- A new Vendor signs up for BookingPam using your referral link or coupon code.
- The Vendor successfully pays for a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business).
- The payment is not later refunded or reversed.
- The signup does not violate these Terms or our general Terms of Service.
Commissions are not earned for free plan signups, trial periods that do not convert to paid plans, or referrals that result in chargebacks or refunds.
5.3 Recurring Commissions
Where applicable and as specified in your affiliate agreement, you may earn recurring commissions for as long as the referred Vendor maintains an active paid subscription. Recurring commissions cease if the Vendor cancels, is suspended, or if your affiliate account is terminated.
5.4 Commission Validation
All commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period after the referred subscription payment is received. This allows time to identify and reverse fraudulent signups, chargebacks, or terms violations. Commissions are marked as "pending" during this period and become "approved" after validation.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment Schedule
Approved commissions are paid monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of each month for commissions approved in the prior month.
6.2 Minimum Payout
The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. If your approved commission balance is below $50 at the time of payment processing, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.
6.3 Payment Methods
Commissions are paid via bank transfer or PayPal. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details in your affiliate dashboard. BookingPam is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect payment information.
6.4 Taxes
You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to commissions you receive. BookingPam may require you to provide a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (international) form before processing payments. We will issue tax forms as required by applicable law.

7.4 Accurate Representations

8. BookingPam Brand & Intellectual Property
BookingPam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Modify or alter our logo or brand assets.

9. Free Month Grants
BookingPam may, at its discretion, offer a free month of the Pro plan to new Vendors who sign up through certain affiliate links or coupon codes. The granting of free months is entirely at BookingPam's discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Free months granted to referred Vendors do not affect your commission calculation — commissions are calculated based on paid subscription revenue only.
10. Monitoring & Fraud Prevention
BookingPam actively monitors affiliate activity for fraud, abuse, and terms violations. We use automated and manual review processes. If we detect suspicious activity including but not limited to cookie stuffing, fake signups, self-referrals, or prohibited promotion methods, we reserve the right to:
- Withhold or void pending commissions.
- Reverse previously paid commissions.
- Suspend or terminate your affiliate account.
- Take legal action where appropriate.
11. Term & Termination
11.1 Duration
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you participate in the BookingPam Affiliate Program.
11.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by contacting us at info@bookingpam.com. Any approved commissions earned before termination will be paid in the next payment cycle, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
11.3 Termination by BookingPam
BookingPam may terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, with 14 days' notice. We may terminate immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or damage the reputation of BookingPam. Upon termination for cause, pending commissions may be forfeited.
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all BookingPam affiliate links, promotional materials, and brand assets from your platforms. Your referral link and coupon code will be deactivated. Recurring commissions cease upon termination.
12. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of BookingPam. You have no authority to bind BookingPam to any obligation. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
13. Limitation of Liability
BookingPam's total liability to you under this affiliate program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim. BookingPam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
14. Modifications to the Program
BookingPam reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, payment schedules, or any aspect of the program at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
15. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our general Terms of Service.
