Yes — the Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. You never lose your data.

What happens when I sign up? ▼

Do you charge a commission on bookings? ▼

What happens to my data if I cancel? ▼
Your data is never deleted immediately. After cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan. You retain access to your client list and booking history. You can export your data as CSV at any time from your dashboard.

Can clients book 24/7 without calling me? ▼
Yes — that's the whole point. Your booking page is live 24/7. Clients pick a service, choose a staff member, select an available time, and confirm — all without any back-and-forth with you. You get notified instantly by email and SMS.
How do clients find my booking page? ▼
Your booking page is at yourname.bookingpam.com. Share it anywhere: Instagram bio, TikTok profile, Facebook, Google Business Profile, your website, business cards, or via text. Your dashboard also provides a QR code and social-ready links for every platform.
Can I show my Google Reviews on my booking page? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan and above. Connect your Google Business Profile using your Place ID in Settings, and your real Google rating and reviews display directly on your booking page. This is one of our most unique features — no other booking platform does this automatically.
Can clients join a waitlist if my calendar is full? ▼
Yes — when a date has no available slots, clients see a "Join Waitlist" form. They enter their name, email, and optional phone number. When any appointment is cancelled for that date, they automatically receive an email and SMS notification with a direct booking link.
Do clients get appointment reminders? ▼
Yes — clients receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. SMS reminders are sent automatically 2 hours before their appointment. Review request emails are sent after the appointment is completed.
Can I offer virtual / online sessions? ▼
Yes — mark any service as "Virtual Session" in your service settings. BookingPam automatically generates a unique Google Meet link for each booking and includes it in the confirmation email. You can also paste a custom Zoom, Teams, or any other meeting URL for specific services.
Can I upload before and after photos? ▼
Yes — upload photos to your gallery and tag them as Before, After, or General. Before/after photos display with colored badges on your booking page, helping potential clients see your work before they book.
Can I add coupon codes? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan and above. Create percentage or fixed-amount coupons with expiry dates. Clients enter them at checkout. Perfect for promotions, referrals, and first-time client discounts.
Can I sell gift cards? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan and above. Sell digital gift cards directly from your booking page. Clients redeem them at checkout. Gift cards are one of the highest-converting products during holidays and special occasions.
Can I embed my booking page on my website? ▼
Yes — on Pro and Premium plans. Use a simple iframe embed code to add your booking page directly to your website. Your clients never leave your site. The embed widget is available from your dashboard under Social Media.
Can I add my own domain on Pro? ▼
Yes — on Pro and Premium plans you can connect a custom domain (e.g. booking.yourdomain.com) via a simple CNAME DNS record. BookingPam provisions SSL automatically. No technical knowledge needed. Can I remove BookingPam branding from my booking page? ▼
Yes — the White-Label feature on the Premium plan removes "Powered by BookingPam" and the Sign In button from your booking page. Combined with a custom domain, clients have no idea BookingPam powers your booking system.
Can clients sign waivers or contracts before booking? ▼
Yes — on the Premium plan, the Sign Agreements feature lets you create digital waivers and contracts that clients sign with their finger or mouse during the booking flow. Both parties receive an email copy. BookingPam includes 9 ready-to-use templates for tattoo, fitness, medical, photography, and more. Learn more →
Can I offer payment plans or installments to clients? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan. After negotiating with a client, create an installment, recurring, or tiered payment plan in your dashboard. BookingPam sends the client a secure payment link automatically. Failed payments trigger 4 reminder emails every 2 days before the plan is suspended. Learn more →
Can I connect BookingPam to Zapier or Make? ▼

Does BookingPam have an API? ▼

Can I sync my clients to Mailchimp? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan. Connect your Mailchimp account with one click. New BookingPam clients are automatically added to your Mailchimp audience the moment they book. You can also bulk-sync existing clients. Learn more →
Can I export data to QuickBooks? ▼
Yes — from the Financials tab on the Starter plan and above. Download a QuickBooks-compatible CSV of all completed bookings with client names, services, amounts, tips, and staff. Filter by this month, last month, this year, or a custom date range. Then import directly into QuickBooks via File → Import → CSV.
Can I track staff performance? ▼
Yes — on the Pro plan. The Staff Performance panel shows revenue, completed bookings, cancelled bookings, no-shows, tips, average ticket size, completion rate, and busiest day for each team member. Filter by today, this week, this month, last month, or this year.
Can I offer group bookings or classes? ▼
Yes — enable Group Booking on any service and set a capacity. Multiple clients can book the same time slot. Choose per-person or flat pricing. Optionally show remaining spots on your booking page (turns red when 3 or fewer spots are left). Great for yoga studios, fitness classes, workshops, and group tours.
Can I use Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet for virtual sessions? ▼
Yes — add up to 3 meeting links per service (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Whereby, or any URL). During booking, clients pick their preferred platform. The selected meeting link is included in their confirmation email and saved with the appointment.
Is BookingPam GDPR compliant? ▼
Yes — on the Premium plan, the Audit Logs & GDPR feature lets you export all client personal data (name, email, phone, booking history, payments) as a CSV for GDPR data subject requests. Every export is logged in the audit trail. Audit logs are retained for 24 months for tax compliance.

Payments & Billing
Collecting payments and managing your revenue
How do I accept payments from clients? ▼
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account in Dashboard → Settings → Payments. Once connected, clients can pay at booking. You receive funds directly to your Stripe or PayPal account — BookingPam never holds your money.
Can I require a deposit to confirm a booking? ▼
Yes — enable deposit collection in your payment settings. Set a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the service price. Clients see both "Pay Deposit" and "Pay in Full" options at checkout. Deposits dramatically reduce no-shows.
Can clients add a tip at checkout? ▼
Yes — enable tip collection in Settings → Payments. Clients can choose 15%, 20%, 25%, or a custom amount before confirming their booking. The tip is added to the payment total and goes directly to you.
Does BookingPam charge processing fees? ▼
BookingPam charges zero processing fees. You pay Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) or PayPal's standard rate directly. We never add a markup on top of your processor's fees.
Can I sell service packages? ▼
Yes — on Pro and above. Create pre-paid packages like "10 Haircuts for $X" or "5 Training Sessions for $X". Clients purchase upfront and credits deduct automatically with each visit. Great for cash flow and client retention.
Can I sell monthly memberships? ▼
Yes — on Starter and above. Create recurring monthly memberships with service credits, discounts, or unlimited access. Memberships auto-renew and are managed entirely from your dashboard.
Can I track my business income and expenses? ▼
Yes — the Expense Tracker add-on ($5/mo) gives you a full income and expense dashboard with industry-specific categories, period navigation, and CSV export. Income is automatically recorded from completed appointments. No other booking platform includes this feature.
What currencies are supported? ▼
BookingPam supports USD by default. Additional currency support depends on your connected Stripe account's supported currencies. Contact us at info@bookingpam.com for specific currency requirements.

Can clients choose a specific staff member? ▼
Yes — clients select their preferred staff member after choosing a service. Each staff member has their own profile, availability schedule, and booking calendar. No double bookings, no conflicts.
How many staff members can I add? ▼
Free: 1 staff · Starter: 1 staff · Pro: up to 6 staff · Premium: unlimited staff. Unlike Calendly ($10-16/seat) or Booksy ($20/additional staff), BookingPam charges one flat price regardless of how many staff you have on Pro and Premium.
Can each staff member set their own hours? ▼
Yes — each staff member sets their own weekly availability schedule. You can define different hours per day, set days off, and block specific time slots. The booking calendar automatically shows only available times for each staff member.
Can I manage multiple business locations? ▼
Yes — on the Premium plan. Each location gets its own booking URL at bookingpam.com/book/your-location-name. Staff, services, and availability are managed independently per location from your dashboard.
Can staff members log into the dashboard? ▼
Staff management is handled by the business owner from the main dashboard. Individual staff login access is on our roadmap. Currently, owners manage their team's schedules, bookings, and performance from their account.
Can I add a buffer time between appointments? ▼
Yes — each service has configurable buffer time before and after. This prevents back-to-back bookings and gives you time to clean up, travel, or prepare for the next client.

Does BookingPam integrate with Google Meet? ▼
Yes — mark any service as a "Virtual Session" and BookingPam automatically generates a unique Google Meet link for each booking. The link is included in the client's confirmation email. No OAuth setup required.
Can I use Zoom instead of Google Meet? ▼
Yes — paste your Zoom meeting URL in the "Custom Meeting Link" field on any service. This link is included in all confirmation emails for that service. Works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other meeting platform.
Does BookingPam work with Instagram and Facebook? ▼
Yes — your dashboard provides ready-made "Book Now" links for Instagram bio, TikTok, Facebook Book button HTML, and all major social platforms. On Starter and above, you also get a QR code and a shareable link for each platform.
Can I add BookingPam to my website? ▼
Yes — on Pro and Premium plans, copy the iframe embed code from your dashboard and paste it into any website. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, and any other platform that supports HTML embeds.
Is Google Calendar sync available? ▼
Google Calendar sync is on our roadmap and coming soon. Currently, you receive email and SMS notifications for every new booking. You can manually add appointments to your calendar from the confirmation emails.

How we protect your data and your clients
Is my client data secure? ▼
Yes — all data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We use PostgreSQL on a secured VPS with regular backups. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. We never sell or share your client data with third parties.
Is BookingPam HIPAA compliant? ▼
The Premium plan includes a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This is required for healthcare providers, therapists, medical spas, chiropractors, and any business handling protected health information (PHI). Contact info@bookingpam.com to execute your BAA.
Is BookingPam GDPR compliant? ▼
Yes — BookingPam supports GDPR compliance. Clients can request their data be exported or deleted. The Premium plan includes audit logs and GDPR data export tools for business owners.
Does BookingPam store credit card information? ▼
No — credit card processing is handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. BookingPam never stores, sees, or has access to your clients' payment card details. All payment data is processed directly through your connected payment processor.
Can I export my data? ▼
Yes — export your client list, appointment history, and expense data as CSV from your dashboard at any time. Your data belongs to you and is always accessible.
