Sign Agreements lets you create digital waivers and contracts that clients sign with their finger or mouse before their appointment is confirmed.

When does the client sign?
The agreement appears as Step 6 in the booking flow — after the client fills in their information but before the booking is confirmed.
Clients sign by drawing their signature with a mouse (desktop) or finger (mobile).
Where do I see signed agreements?
Go to the Agreements panel and click Signatures to see all signed agreements with timestamps.
You can also view the signed agreement from any individual booking.
Does anyone get emailed the signed agreement?
Yes — both you and the client receive an email with the signed agreement attached as a PDF after the booking is confirmed.
Are digital signatures legally binding?
Digital signatures are legally recognized in the US under the ESIGN Act and in most other countries. However, BookingPam is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice. Consult a lawyer if you need specific legal guidance for your situation.
How do I format my agreement?
The agreement box has a Word-style toolbar, so you can add headings, numbered clauses, bold text and lists. Clients see your formatting when they sign, and it's kept in the signed copy that is emailed to both of you. You can paste an agreement from Word or Google Docs. See Formatting Your Text.
