When does the client sign?
The agreement appears as Step 6 in the booking flow — after the client fills in their information but before the booking is confirmed.
Clients sign by drawing their signature with a mouse (desktop) or finger (mobile).
Where do I see signed agreements?
Go to the Agreements panel and click Signatures to see all signed agreements with timestamps.
You can also view the signed agreement from any individual booking.
Does anyone get emailed the signed agreement?
Yes — both you and the client receive an email with the signed agreement attached as a PDF after the booking is confirmed.
Are digital signatures legally binding?
Digital signatures are legally recognized in the US under the ESIGN Act and in most other countries. However, BookingPam is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice. Consult a lawyer if you need specific legal guidance for your situation.
