The Mailchimp integration automatically syncs your BookingPam clients to your Mailchimp audience. New clients are added the moment they book — no manual work required.

How do I connect Mailchimp?

How do I select which Mailchimp list to sync to?

After connecting, click Select Audience to choose which Mailchimp audience/list your BookingPam clients should sync to.

If you have multiple Mailchimp lists, pick the one you want to use for your BookingPam clients.

What data syncs to Mailchimp?

BookingPam syncs the following fields to Mailchimp:

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• Phone number

When does the sync happen?

• When a new client books through your booking page
• When you add a client manually from the dashboard
• When you click 🔄 Sync All Clients Now (for existing clients)

How do I sync my existing clients?

Click 🔄 Sync All Clients Now in the Mailchimp panel. This sends all your existing BookingPam clients to Mailchimp at once. Existing Mailchimp contacts are updated, not duplicated.

How do I disconnect Mailchimp?

Click Disconnect Mailchimp at the bottom of the Mailchimp panel. This stops future syncing but does not remove clients already in Mailchimp.
