With a custom domain, clients book at booking.yourdomain.com instead of yourname.bookingpam.com. BookingPam handles SSL automatically — no technical setup needed.

How do I connect my domain?

Go to 🌐 Custom Domain in the sidebar

Enter your desired subdomain (e.g., booking.yourdomain.com)

Go to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)

Add a CNAME record pointing to bookingpam.com

Come back and click Verify Domain
Tip: Use a subdomain like booking.yourdomain.com or appointments.yourdomain.com — not your main domain root.

What DNS records do I need?

Add one CNAME record to your domain registrar:

Type: CNAME
Name/Host: booking (or whatever subdomain you choose)
Value/Points to: bookingpam.com
TTL: Auto or 3600

How do I add the CNAME in GoDaddy?

Log in to GoDaddy → My Domains

Click your domain → DNS

Click Add New Record

Type: CNAME, Name: booking, Value: bookingpam.com

Save and wait 5-15 minutes

Does it work with Cloudflare?

Yes! BookingPam custom domains work with Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud) enabled. The CNAME verification uses HTTP fallback when Cloudflare hides the DNS record.

Do I need to set up SSL?

No — BookingPam automatically provisions an SSL certificate (HTTPS) for your custom domain using Let's Encrypt. This happens within a few minutes of verification. Your clients will always see the green padlock.

The verification keeps failing — what do I do?

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate worldwide. If verification fails:
