Getting Started with BookingPam
Welcome to BookingPam! This guide walks you through everything you need to go from zero to fully set up — with a live booking page your clients can use.
How do I create my account?
Creating a BookingPam account is completely free and takes less than 2 minutes.
What do I need to sign up?
- A valid email address
- Your business name
- That's it — no credit card, no phone number required
Can I sign up with Google?
Currently BookingPam uses email and password authentication. Google sign-in is on the roadmap.
How do I set up my booking page?
Your booking page is automatically created when you sign up. It lives at yourname.bookingpam.com and clients can book directly from it.
How do I customize my booking page?
- Log into your dashboard at app.bookingpam.com
- Go to Settings → Business
- Update your business name, description, address, and brand color
- Click Save Business
- Your booking page updates instantly
What can clients see on my booking page?
Your public booking page shows:
- Your business name, description, and address
- All your active services with pricing and duration
- Your staff members (clients can pick who they want)
- Available time slots in real-time
- Client reviews (if you have any)
How do I get my first booking?
Once your booking page is set up, share it everywhere!
Where to share your booking link
- Instagram bio — Add your booking link to your Instagram profile
- Facebook page — Add a Book Now button to your Facebook page
- Google Business Profile — Add your booking link to Google Maps
- Your website — Embed the booking page or link to it
- Email signature — Add your booking link to every email you send
- WhatsApp/Text — Send directly to clients
How do I find my booking page URL?
Your booking page URL is: https://yourslug.bookingpam.com
You can also find it in your dashboard by clicking the 📄 Book Page button in the top grid.
Can I get a custom domain?
Yes! On the Pro plan, you can connect your own domain (e.g., booking.yoursalon.com) so clients never see BookingPam in the URL. Learn how →
