Audit Logs & GDPR Export
Audit Logs track every meaningful action in your account โ logins, bookings, settings changes, and more. GDPR Export lets you download all client data in a format compliant with data protection regulations.
What does the audit log track?
The activity log records:
- Login โ every time someone logs into your account
- Booking Created โ when a new booking is made
- โ Booking Cancelled โ when a booking is cancelled
- Settings Updated โ when business settings are changed
- ๐ค GDPR Export โ when client data is exported
- API Key Created/Deleted โ API key management events
- ๐ Custom Domain Set โ domain configuration changes
How long are logs kept?
Audit logs are retained for 24 months for tax and compliance purposes. Logs older than 24 months are automatically deleted.
How do I filter the audit log?
Go to ๐ Audit Logs in the sidebar. You can filter by:
- Action type โ show only logins, bookings, exports, etc.
- Start date โ show events from a specific date
- End date โ show events up to a specific date
How do I export client data?
Export a single client:

Export all clients:

Go to ๐ Audit Logs in the sidebar

Click the ๐ค GDPR Export tab

Click ๐ฅ Download All Clients CSV
What is in the export?
The CSV includes:
- Personal information: name, email, phone, date of birth
- Full booking history: dates, services, staff, amounts, status
- Payment history: amounts, dates, payment status
GDPR compliance: If a client requests their data under GDPR, use the single client export to provide it. Every export is recorded in the audit log for compliance evidence.
