Financials & QuickBooks Export
The Financials tab gives you a clear picture of your business performance โ revenue, completed bookings, average booking value, and tips. You can also export your data to QuickBooks.
How do I view my revenue?
Click Financials in the left sidebar. You will see:
- Total Revenue โ sum of all completed booking payments
- Completed Bookings โ count of completed appointments
- Average Booking Value โ revenue divided by bookings
- Tips Collected โ total tips received
How do I change the time period?
Use the Week / Month / Year toggle at the top to switch between periods.
How do I export to QuickBooks?
Scroll to the bottom of the Financials tab to find the QuickBooks Export section.

Choose a period: This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Custom Range

Click ๐ฅ Download CSV

Open QuickBooks โ File โ Import โ CSV

Select the downloaded file and follow QuickBooks' import wizard
What data is in the export?
The CSV includes: Date, Client Name, Client Email, Service, Amount, Tips, Total, Staff Member, Confirmation #, and Payment Status.
Coming soon: Automatic QuickBooks sync (no manual import needed) is on the Premium plan roadmap.
What is the Expense Tracker?
The Income & Expenses tab lets you track business expenses and calculate profit. This is an add-on feature available for purchase separately.
