Calendar
The Calendar tab gives you a visual overview of all your appointments. You can switch between day, week, and month views to stay on top of your schedule.
How do I view my schedule?
Click Calendar in the left sidebar. Your calendar shows all confirmed and pending appointments color-coded by status.
Calendar views
- Day view โ see all appointments for a single day in time order
- Week view โ see the full week at a glance
- Month view โ see booking density across the month
What do the colors mean?
- Green โ Confirmed appointment
- Yellow โ Pending (awaiting confirmation)
- Red โ Cancelled
- Gray โ Completed
How do I block off time?
To block time off (vacation, personal appointment, etc.):

Go to the Calendar tab

Click on the time slot you want to block

Select Block Time

Add a reason (optional) and save
Blocked times will not show as available to clients on your booking page.
How do I add a manual booking?
To add a booking for a client who called or walked in:

Click on the time slot in the calendar

Select Add Booking

Choose the service, staff, and client
4
Click Confirm
Tip: Manual bookings still trigger confirmation emails to the client if you have their email on file.
How do I navigate between dates?
Use the left and right arrows at the top of the calendar to move forward or backward. Click Today to jump back to the current date.
