Dashboard Overview
Your BookingPam dashboard is your command center. Here is a quick tour of every section so you know exactly where to find what you need.
What does the Overview tab show?
The Overview tab is your home screen. It shows at a glance:
- Today's bookings — how many appointments you have today
- Total bookings — all-time booking count
- Revenue — total revenue from completed bookings
- Rating — your average client review score
- Upcoming appointments — your next 5 scheduled appointments
What is the sidebar for?
The left sidebar is your main navigation. It is split into two sections:
Top navigation (always visible)
- ⊞ Overview — your home dashboard
- Calendar — calendar view of all appointments
- ☰ Bookings — list view of all appointments
- Financials — revenue reports and QuickBooks export
Manage section (feature panels)
Click any item to open its panel as a modal. Features with a lock icon require a higher plan.
What is the feature grid?
The grid of icons on the Overview tab is a quick-access menu for all your features — Services, Staff, Coupons, Payments, and more. Click any icon to open that feature panel instantly.
Where are my account settings?
Click Settings in the sidebar to access:
- Profile — your name, email, and phone
- Password — change your login password
- Notifications — email and SMS notification preferences
- Services — manage your services (owners only)
- Business — business name, brand color, white-label toggle
- Payments — Stripe connection, deposits, tips
- Plan & Billing — upgrade, downgrade, manage subscription
- Policies — cancellation policy shown to clients
Does the dashboard work on mobile?
Yes! The BookingPam dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. You can manage bookings, view your calendar, and access all features from your phone or tablet. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play for the best mobile experience.
