Staff Performance Reports
Staff Performance Reports give you a clear picture of how each team member is performing โ revenue generated, bookings completed, tips collected, no-show rates, and more.
How do I view staff reports?

Go to Staff Reports in the sidebar

Select a time period at the top

Click any staff member to expand their details
What metrics are tracked?
For each staff member, you can see:
- Completed bookings โ total appointments finished
- Cancelled bookings โ appointments that were cancelled
- No-shows โ clients who did not show up
- Upcoming โ scheduled future appointments
- Revenue โ total money earned from completed bookings
- Tips โ tips collected
- Average ticket โ average revenue per completed booking
- Completion rate โ percentage of bookings completed vs total
- Busiest day โ which day of the week is their most active
At the top of the panel, you also see totals for all staff combined.
Can I filter by date range?
Yes โ use the period selector buttons to switch between:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- This Year
What is the completion rate?
The completion rate is the percentage of total bookings that were marked as completed (not cancelled or no-show).
- 80% or above โ shown in green (great performance)
- 60-79% โ shown in yellow (needs attention)
- Below 60% โ shown in red (review with staff member)
Use case: Use staff performance data in monthly team reviews, for bonus calculations, or to identify who needs additional support or training.
Can I export staff performance data?
Currently the Staff Performance panel is view-only in the dashboard. You can export booking data including staff information via the QuickBooks Export or the Custom API.
