Accepting Payments

BookingPam integrates with Stripe to let you accept online payments directly on your booking page. Clients can pay by credit card, debit card, or Apple/Google Pay.

How do I connect Stripe?

Go to Settings โ†’ Payments in your dashboard

Click Connect Stripe

Log in to your Stripe account (or create one for free)

Authorize the connection

You are redirected back to BookingPam โ€” payments are now live
Don't have a Stripe account? You can create one for free at stripe.com. It takes about 5 minutes to set up.

Does BookingPam take a commission?

No. BookingPam does not take any commission on your bookings. You keep 100% of your revenue minus Stripe's standard processing fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

How do I require a deposit?

You can require deposits globally or per service.

Global deposit setting:

Toggle on Require Deposit

Set the deposit type: fixed amount or percentage

Set the deposit amount

Per-service deposit:

Edit any service and set its payment type to Deposit to override the global setting for that service only.

How do I enable tips?

Toggle on Enable Tips

Clients see a tip option on the checkout screen. Tips are paid directly to you via Stripe.

How do I issue a refund?

Refunds are processed through your Stripe dashboard:

Find the payment and click Refund

When do I get paid?

Stripe typically pays out 2 business days after each transaction (depending on your country and Stripe account settings). You can adjust your payout schedule in the Stripe dashboard.
