Bookings List
The Bookings tab shows all your appointments in a list view. You can filter, search, and take action on any booking from here.
How do I confirm a booking?
By default, bookings are automatically confirmed when a client books. If you have manual confirmation enabled:

Go to the Bookings tab

Find the pending booking (shown in yellow)

Click the booking to open it

Click Confirm
The client receives an automatic confirmation email when you confirm.
How do I cancel a booking?

Click the booking you want to cancel

Click Cancel Booking

The client receives an automatic cancellation email
โ ๏ธ Note: Cancellations cannot be undone. The client will be notified automatically.
How do I mark a booking as complete?
After a client's appointment is done:

Click the booking

Click Mark Complete

Optionally add the amount paid and tip
Completed bookings count toward your revenue reports in the Financials tab.
How do I mark a no-show?
If a client does not show up:

Click the booking
2
Click No Show
No-shows are tracked in your Staff Performance reports so you can identify patterns.
How do I filter my bookings?
Use the filter buttons at the top of the Bookings tab to show:
- All bookings
- Upcoming only
- Completed only
- Cancelled only
- No-shows only
Tip: Use the search bar to find a specific client by name or email.
