The Email Marketing panel lets you send targeted emails to your clients and set up automated campaigns that run on autopilot.

How do I send an email blast?

How do I set up smart reminders?

Smart reminders are automated emails that go out without any action from you. Go to Email → Automations to set up:

Rebooking Reminders

Automatically remind clients to book again after a set number of days since their last appointment. Great for regular service businesses (hair, nails, massage, etc.).

Set it to 30 days for monthly services or 60 days for less frequent ones.

Birthday Emails

Automatically wish clients happy birthday. Requires their date of birth to be on file.

Holiday Campaigns

Send promotional emails on major US holidays — Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and 34 more. Toggle which holidays to send for.

How do I see past emails I have sent?

Go to Email → History to see all emails sent, with timestamps and recipient information.

What if a client unsubscribes?

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed clients no longer receive marketing emails but still receive booking confirmations and reminders.

BookingPam honors all unsubscribe requests automatically — you do not need to manage this manually.

Can I sync with Mailchimp?

Yes — on the Pro plan, you can connect your Mailchimp account to automatically sync all BookingPam clients to your Mailchimp audience. Learn how →
