Staff & Work Hours

You can add team members to your BookingPam account so clients can choose who they want to book with. Each staff member has their own schedule and availability.

How do I add a staff member?

Go to Employees in your dashboard sidebar

Click + Add Employee

Enter their name, email, and role

Click Save

The staff member appears on your booking page immediately. Clients can select them when booking.

Go to Work Hours in the sidebar

Select the staff member from the dropdown

Toggle each day on or off

Set start and end times for each day

Click Save Schedule
Tip: Clients can only book time slots within the staff member's set work hours. Make sure to set accurate hours to avoid booking conflicts.

What is round-robin assignment?

When a client selects Any Available on your booking page, BookingPam uses round-robin to automatically assign the least-busy staff member for that time slot.

This ensures work is distributed evenly across your team. The client sees "Automatically assigned" and does not need to choose a specific person.

Why is this useful?

How do I temporarily remove a staff member?

Click the staff member in the Employees panel and toggle them to Inactive. They disappear from the booking page but remain in your records. Reactivate them anytime.

How do I track staff performance?

On the Pro plan, the Staff Performance panel shows revenue, bookings, tips, completion rates, and more per staff member.
