Managing Services

Services are what clients book. You can create as many services as your plan allows, each with its own price, duration, color, and settings.

How do I add a new service?

Click Settings โ†’ Services in your dashboard

Click + Add Service

Enter the service name, duration, and price

Optionally add a description and color

Click Save Service

How do I set service pricing?

Each service can have one of four payment types:

Tip: Use deposits for high-value services to reduce no-shows. Clients who pay upfront are much less likely to cancel.

How do I set up a virtual/online service?

To offer video call appointments:

Edit the service

Toggle on Virtual / Online Session

Add up to 3 meeting links (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Whereby)

Clients pick their preferred platform when booking

How do I create group classes?

Group bookings let multiple clients book the same time slot (e.g., yoga class, group workshop).

Toggle on "Show spots remaining" to show availability on booking page

How do I reorder my services?

Drag and drop services in the Services panel to reorder them. The order here is the same order clients see on your booking page.

How do I hide a service without deleting it?

Click the service and toggle it to Inactive. It disappears from your booking page but stays in your dashboard. You can reactivate it anytime.
