Support Tickets: Getting Help From Your Dashboard
If you can't find what you need in the Help Center, you can send our team a support ticket without leaving your dashboard. Every ticket is tracked, so you always know whether we've seen it and what's happening with it. We reply within one business day.
Where do I find Support?
- On a computer: click Support in the left sidebar, just below Settings.
- On a phone or tablet: tap More in the bottom bar, then Support under Account.
Support is available on every plan, including during your free trial.
How do I submit a ticket?
Your ticket gets a number such as BP-1002, and a confirmation is emailed to the address on your account.
Which priority should I choose?
- General — a question, or something minor that isn't getting in your way.
- Important — something is affecting your business, but you can still work around it.
- Urgent — clients can't book or pay, or your account is blocked.
Urgent and Important tickets are flagged for our team as soon as they arrive. Whatever the priority, we reply within one business day.
What categories are there?
Booking page, Plan & billing, Payments, Account & login, Something is broken, Feature question, and Other. Pick the closest one — it helps us route your ticket, and you can always describe the details in your message.
What happens after I submit?
Your ticket moves through four stages, and you get an email each time it changes:
- Open — we have your ticket.
- Received — our team has seen it and will start looking into it.
- In progress — someone is actively working on it.
- Resolved — we believe it's fixed or answered.
Sometimes we include a short note with the update. You'll see it in the email and in the ticket itself. You'll hear from us within one business day of submitting.
How do I follow up or add details?
Replying on a Resolved ticket reopens it, so you never need to start over if the problem comes back.
Who can see my tickets?
The account owner and managers can see every ticket submitted for the business. Other team members only see the tickets they submitted themselves.
How do I get the fastest answer?
- Say what you expected and what happened instead.
- Mention the page, service, or client involved, and roughly when it happened.
- One problem per ticket.
- You can't attach files to a ticket yet. If a screenshot would help, describe what it shows or email it to info@bookingpam.com and mention your ticket number.
