BookingPam shows two kinds of reviews on your booking page: real Google reviews pulled in automatically, and reviews collected directly through BookingPam.
How do I show my Google reviews?

Go to Marketing → Reviews

Find your business's Google Place ID (search your business at maps.googleapis.com, then Share → Copy Place ID)

Paste it in and save
Once saved, your real Google rating and recent reviews pull in and display on your booking page automatically.
How do BookingPam's own reviews work?
After a completed appointment, clients we have on file can leave a review directly. New reviews are held as pending until you approve them from your dashboard, so nothing goes public without your say-so.
Can I personalise a review request?
Yes. When you ask a client for a review, the Personal Message box lets you add your own note with bold text, lists, or a link. If you leave it empty, we send a friendly default message.
