Memberships are recurring monthly plans that give clients a set number of service credits every month — a subscription for your business, billed automatically.
How do I create a membership plan?

Go to Bookings → Memberships

Click + New Plan

Name it and set the monthly price

Choose which services are included and how many credits per month

How do renewals work?
Each member's plan renews automatically every month, refreshing their credits. If a member's card fails, their status shows as past-due and they get a real notice by email so they can update their payment method.
Can members cancel themselves?
Yes — every membership confirmation email includes a self-serve cancel link, so a client can end their own membership without needing to contact you.
